Who we are. CueBlu is an independent product based in Sweden and is responsible for the data described here. Contact: hello@cueblu.com.

What we collect. Your email address, when you signed up, whether you confirmed it, and which page or link brought you here. We don't store your IP address and we don't use cookies.

Why. To confirm your signup and to email you about CueBlu's launch and your free Project pass. We do this based on your consent (GDPR article 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.

Who helps us. Supabase stores the waitlist on servers in the EU (Stockholm). Resend sends our emails; Resend is based in the USA, and data sent to it is protected by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the EU's standard contractual clauses. Cloudflare hosts the site and provides our analytics, which use no cookies and collect no personal data.

How long. Unconfirmed signups are deleted after 7 days. Confirmed addresses are kept until CueBlu launches plus 12 months, or until you unsubscribe, whichever comes first. Unsubscribing deletes your address right away.

Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent at any time, with the unsubscribe link in every email or by emailing hello@cueblu.com. You can also complain to Sweden's data protection authority, IMY (imy.se).

We never sell your data.
